Breaking News: DSS Arrests British Army Officer in Nigeria for Alleged Arms Smuggling

A British Army officer has been arrested by Nigeria’s Department of State Services (DSS) on allegations of smuggling arms into the country on Wednesday. The arrest was made following a covert operation in Delta State, where a cache of weapons was recovered,including:50 AK-47 rifles,6 pump-action shotguns and over 3,000 rounds of ammunition.

Authorities are currently investigating the motive behind the smuggling and potential connections to local or international criminal networks. The DSS is working to unravel the circumstances surrounding the smuggling and to identify any other individuals or groups involved.
