Prophet Umueke Miracle of Dynamic Flame Church Accepts Sowore’s Challenge for Miracle Test

A dramatic test of faith and skepticism is set to unfold as human rights activist Omoyele Sowore and Port Harcourt-based pastor Prophet Umueke Miracle prepare for a public demonstration of miraculous healing.
Sowore, known for his vocal criticism of religious leaders, recently dismissed claims of supernatural healings as mere deception aimed at exploiting vulnerable Nigerians. Citing his own father’s experience—where a stroke-stricken relative was taken to a church for healing but ended up worse—Sowore challenged the legitimacy of so-called miracles.
In response, Prophet Miracle, founder of Dynamic Flame of Fire and Miracle Ministries, fired back, calling Sowore’s statements an attack on Christianity. Declaring that miracles are real, he issued a bold challenge: if Sowore brings a stroke patient to his church, and the person does not walk after prayers, he will permanently shut down his ministry.
However, if the individual is healed, Sowore must renounce public activism and refrain from speaking on television or social media for life.

Not backing down, Sowore flipped the challenge on its head. Instead of taking a single individual to the church, he urged the pastor to prove his healing powers at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital’s stroke ward—where dozens of medically certified stroke patients await treatment.
The showdown has sparked intense debate, with Nigerians eagerly watching to see if Prophet Miracle will take up Sowore’s counter-challenge. Will this be the ultimate test of divine intervention, or an exposure of faith-based theatrics? All eyes are now on April 4—the deadline for the miracle test.
