28-Year-Old Nigerian Consultant Joshua Omole-Adebomi Earns Global Recognition as ICMCI Fellow

In a significant milestone for young professionals in Africa, 28-year-old Nigerian entrepreneur Joshua Omole-Adebomi has been inducted as a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), through its Nigerian arm, IMC-Nigeria.

The fellowship, acknowledged in over 50 countries, is the highest honor in global management consulting. It is awarded to individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, integrity and contributions to the profession.

According to a statement issued by Spur Nation Media CEO, Adeniji Lois, the honor recognizes Omole-Adebomi’s impact at the intersection of digital innovation and business development.

“As a consultant, he has helped startups, SMEs and corporates build scalable systems, optimise digital strategy and unlock revenue through transformative technology.”

Omole-Adebomi, known for his work in strategy, innovation and digital transformation, said the award is both an honor and a call to action for young professionals across Africa.

“This recognition is a reminder that young professionals can shape industries when competence meets consistency. It’s a call to do more. Not just in consulting, but in building the kind of Africa we all envision.”

His induction was also celebrated by Professor David Iornem, Director General of IMC-Nigeria, who commended his achievements and influence in the consulting space.

“Joshua brings a blend of innovation, drive, and excellence. His Fellowship is a milestone, not just for him, but for the new generation of African consultants pushing boundaries globally,” he said.

Lois added that Omole-Adebomi’s recognition enhances Nigeria’s visibility in international consulting, noting:

“The Institute of Management Consultants Nigeria is one of only two bodies in Africa affiliated with the ICMCI global network, alongside IMC South Africa. The Fellowship status opens new opportunities for high-level international collaborations, policy contributions and thought leadership in the business and consulting sectors.”

Omole-Adebomi’s latest achievement cements his position as one of the emerging leaders shaping the future of consulting on the continent.
