Nigerian music legend, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has come under fire following controversial remarks he made about male infidelity.
In a recent interview, the 49-year-old singer claimed that men are not biologically designed to be sexually faithful to one woman. According to 2Baba, while a man’s heart and emotions can be devoted to a single partner, his sexual urges are naturally inclined toward multiple women.
“This is not a matter of choice,” 2Baba said. “It’s how men are biologically wired.”
The statement has since triggered a wave of mixed reactions across social media platforms. Some have defended his position as an honest take on male sexuality, while many others have slammed him for promoting infidelity and reinforcing negative stereotypes about men.
