Access Bank Plc has informed its customers about an upcoming scheduled system maintenance exercise.
The bank in a statement stated that the maintenance is aimed at enhancing the functionality of its banking applications.
According to the bank, the maintenance is set to take place on Sunday, August 25, 2024, between 2:15 AM and 6:30 AM WAT.
The bank also maintained that there will be a temporary disturbance of services across several of its platforms, including Mobile App, Internet Banking, PrimusPlus, USSD code and Transfers to and from other banks.
Access bank customers are therefore advised to use their cards for transactions during the maintenance period.
The bank however assured that all services will be fully restored once the maintenance process is completed and also went ahead to apologized for any inconvenience the exercise may cause.
