Former Governor of Kaduna State, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, has stated that he would want another Nigerian from the Southern region to replace President Bola Tinubu in 2027 election circle.
The immediate past Kaduna governor made this disclosure on Monday night while speaking on Arise News Channel’s PrimeTime show.
El-Rufai who is a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) also said he was not sure of remaining in the party by 2027.

El-Rufai while addressing the alleged lop-sided appointments by President Tinubu in favour of the South-West, stated that the President was rather favouring his ‘boys’ in appointments but not the Yorubas.
