BO Properties Unveils Project Estellar, Redefining Luxury Real Estate in Lagos

BO Properties has launched Project Estellar, a cutting-edge residential development set to transform Nigeria’s real estate sector.

The grand handover ceremony took place on January 25, 2025, bringing together investors to celebrate the completion of the ambitious 20-year lease project. The two-storey complex features studio and one-bedroom apartments with premium finishes, including screeded walls, full tiling, POP ceilings, and stylish glass accents.

One investor at the event remarked, “I remember being reluctant to buy into this project, but BO Properties has surpassed my expectations.”

BO Properties CEO, Ifedayo Okungbowa, acknowledged the challenges faced during construction but reaffirmed the company’s dedication to delivering excellence.

“January 2024 marked the groundbreaking for Project Estellar. Despite the challenges faced by the construction industry last year, including soaring material costs, we stood firm in upholding our core ESTATE values: Excellence, Sustainability, Transparency, Accountability, Teamwork, and Excellence in service,” he said.

Beyond real estate development, Project Estellar has significantly contributed to the local economy, creating over 70 jobs for engineers, builders, painters, and other professionals.

With the project now sold out, BO Properties is gearing up for new ventures, including Estellar Prime in Akoka, which will feature fully automated luxury apartments equipped with smart TVs, access cards, Alexa automation, and full furnishings. Additionally, Project Rio in Ikeja, a high-end residential development near Sheraton Hotel, Ikeja GRA, International Airport, and Ikeja City Mall, will be available for outright purchase.
