Bode George has condemned the sealing of the PDP national secretariat in Abuja by the FCTA, describing it as “sacrilegious, unacceptable, and culturally inadmissible”.
He accused FCT Minister Nyesom Wike of betraying the party that built his political career, warning that the move was both disrespectful and politically reckless;he however questioned the reason for sealing the party secretariat, citing a relatively small amount of ₦7 million owed in ground rent, which he claimed could have been easily resolved.
He reminded Wike that the PDP had provided him with the platform to become a local government chairman, chief of staff, two-term governor of Rivers State, and Minister of State.
George described the sealing of the party office as deliberate and malicious, especially since it occurred just hours before a crucial National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting.
He warned Wike to be careful, as his actions would be remembered, and that there would be an end to his ministry someday.
