Boko Haram Attack in Adamawa State Kills 6, Leaves 1 Missing

On April 15, 2025, Boko Haram insurgents struck the communities of Banga and Larh in Hong LGA, Adamawa State, killing six people and leaving one missing.

The attack, which also saw a police van destroyed by an IED and significant property damage, resulted in casualties including a local vigilante and other residents. An unexploded bomb discovered in Banga prompted urgent bomb disposal efforts.
