FCNN had reported that a yet-to-be-confirmed number of people had been trapped in a section of the two-storey residential building that collapsed in Abuja.
It was gathered that the building was located close to the popular Cupid Hotel on Cupid Road, Sultan Dasuki Way in the Kubwa area of Abuja.
FCNN learnt that the incident happened on Saturday and sympathisers and emergency workers are currently at the scene trying to get under the rubble.
People are under this rubble. It is a building under construction. We are calling on the government and televant agencies to come and rescue those who are trapped here,” a narrator in the video of the incident obtained by FCNN.
