Former Anambra State Governor, Chief Willie Obiano, has reportedly died in London following a struggle with severe heart failure and complications arising from urinary cancer.
A senior member of the family revealed that his health had been deteriorating for months, though the final downturn happened unexpectedly. “We are heartbroken,” the source said.
Medical personnel in London also stated that Obiano had been under intensive care before his condition sharply declined.
“He kept fighting until the very end,” a hospital insider noted.
