Davido faces U.S. Court deadline in $45,000 intellectual Property Theft

Nigerian music sensation Davido has been granted 21 days by the U.S. District Court in Manhattan to respond to a lawsuit alleging intellectual property theft and an unresolved debt of $45,000.

The lawsuit was filed by four Nigerian artists—Martins Chukwuka Emmanuel, Abel Great Umaru, Kelvin Ayodele Campbell, and David Ovhioghena Umaru—who assert that Davido utilized their work without authorization.
