EFCC Re-arraigns Former NSA Dasuki,Others

The former National Security Adviser (NSA),Sambo Dasuki faced multiple arraignments and charges. The initial charges were amended, and the case was reassigned to a different judge, Justice Agbaza on Tuesday.
The original charges against Dasuki were initially 19 counts relating to N15.5 billion, but were later amended to 32 counts relating to N33.2 billion.

Dasuki was not charged alone. Others involved included Aminu Baba-Kusa, and two companies.Shuaibu Salisu was originally named in the 19-count charge but removed from the subsequent charges.
The FCT Chief Judge, Justice Baba-Yusuf, originally handled the case, but it was later transferred to Justice Agbaza.
