Tragedy in Ondo: First Lady Remi Tinubu’s Convoy Reportedly Kills 7-Year-Old Girl

A tragic incident occurred in Ondo State on Thursday when a vehicle in the convoy of Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, reportedly struck and killed a seven-year-old girl during an official visit.

According to eyewitnesses, the young girl was attempting to cross the road when she was fatally hit by one of the speeding escort vehicles in the motorcade. The impact left her with severe injuries, and she was confirmed dead shortly afterward despite efforts to save her.

The heartbreaking event has triggered a wave of anger and grief across social media, with Nigerians calling for accountability and justice. Many are questioning the recklessness of VIP convoys and the seeming lack of concern for public safety during official movements.
