A 100-level Biology student of Federal University Lokoja (FUL), Kogi State has confessed to ending the life of a female colleague whom he kidnapped.

The young man, identified as Jeremiah, was arrested by police officers in Kogi State and he took them to the bush where he buried Deborah, a female colleague.

According to reports, Jeremiah, from Kaduna State, abducted Damilola and took her to an uncompleted building.

He demanded N400,000 from her family and after they paid, he ended her.

Police stated that Damilola’s genitals were cut off but Jeremiah denied cutting any part of her body off.

Asked why he ended her after collecting ransom, he said she had already seen his face so he didn’t want her to escape and expose him.

After ending her, the suspect reportedly contacted her family again, demanding an additional N10 million. However, he was tracked down by police and arrested.

When police asked for his accomplice, he confessed to acting alone.
