Tinuade Ladoja, Oyo State governor, Chief Rasheed Ladoja’s wife has died.
She reportedly passed away on Monday morning after a brief illness at age 71 years old.
Olukoya Benjamin, media aide to Chief Ladoja, Adeola Oloko, confirmed the development.
Also Head of the Media unit of Celestial Church of Christ, Ikeja Parish 1 Cathedral, where she worshipped, said Tinuade was taken to the hospital after feeling unwell for two days.
“She still ate yesterday, but sadly passed away earlier this morning,” Benjamin was quoted in a heartfelt message shared on Facebook.
Before her death, ladojas late wife was said to be a prominent member of the Celestial Church of Christ, Pastor-in-Council.
