FCT resident doctors commence indefinite strike

The Association of Resident Doctors under the Federal Capital Territory Administration on Monday embarked on an indefinite strike.

This was contained in a communique signed by the ARD-FCT President, Dr. George Ebong, and General Secretary, Dr. Agbor Affiong.

The doctors had earlier staged a seven-day warning strike last week after prolonged, unresolved negotiations with the FCTA over their demands.
