“You’re Very Weak!” – Isaac Fayose Slams Governor Fubara Over Tinubu Visit
Businessman and political commentator Isaac Fayose has lashed out at suspended Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara following the governor’s recent appearance in photos with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Fayose, in a video shared online, expressed deep regret for previously backing Fubara during his political struggles. His reaction came after images surfaced of Fubara visiting Tinubu at the president’s Lagos residence on Tuesday, June 3.
The fiery commentator accused the embattled governor of abandoning his fight and embracing political foes instead.
“Fubara that was a governor three months ago, all he does now is to go and take pictures either with President in London or Lagos or stand outside Aso Rock or stand outside Wike’s house. They have changed his destiny. He is now taking pictures with his enemy. What a weak man, Fubara! You are very weak. I regret even fighting for you. Very weak man. Weakling!”

The meeting between Fubara and Tinubu comes amid lingering tensions with Fubara’s predecessor and political rival, Nyesom Wike. President Tinubu had suspended Fubara from office in March 2025 after a prolonged political feud.
Meanwhile, the political climate continues to heat up, with many Nigerians questioning shifting alliances and political realignments as the 2027 elections draw near.
