In a bid to enhance staff welfare, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has partnered with private developers to provide affordable housing for its personnel.

The Corps Marshal, Shehu Mohammed, made this announcement on Tuesday during the maiden 2025 Corps Marshal’s Parade at the FRSC National Headquarters in Abuja.

He also revealed that the corps had finalized plans to establish its own Healthcare Management Organization (HMO) to ensure quality healthcare services for staff and their families.

According to Mohammed, the FRSC remains committed to improving staff welfare, training, and entitlements while ensuring that personnel receive proper recognition for their achievements.

The Corps Marshal also emphasized the importance of productivity, urging staff to maintain last year’s momentum.

He stated: “You must be prepared to respond appropriately to instructions, show excellence in your work and avoid acts of indiscipline including rumour mongering, indolence and any acts capable of dragging the image of the Corps to the mud.”

Additionally, he disclosed that the FRSC’s 2025 promotion exercise will soon commence, ensuring timely career advancement for officers.
