Renowned Nigerian actress and producer, Dr. Jaiye Kuti, has taken a bold step into the real estate sector with the official launch of TerraHive Properties Limited.
Kuti, who is also the CEO of Jaylex Aesthetic Productions, unveiled the new company as a fusion of her long-standing passion for property development and her unwavering commitment to the creative industry.
According to her, TerraHive aims to transform Nigeria’s real estate landscape, with a core focus on residential, commercial, and luxury land sales.
The actress revealed that the company currently holds significant hectares of prime land in Mowe and other key locations across the country, positioning it as a promising player in the sector.
Despite her new business venture, Kuti emphasized her continued devotion to acting. “Acting is my first love, and I’m not stepping away from it.
TerraHive Properties Limited will give me the freedom and stability to pursue more impactful film roles and strategic projects that can elevate the industry,” she said.
Before venturing into real estate, Kuti founded Jaylex Aesthetic Productions — a multimedia company engaged in film, music, radio production, event management, and advertising.
She noted that her foray into real estate would enhance her ability to choose roles that not only entertain but also enrich cultural narratives and drive industry growth.
