NNPC increases Petrol price

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has disclosed an increase in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, from ₦950.22 per litre to ₦998 per litre in Lagos.

FUSION CHRONICLES NIGERIA NEWSPAPER gathered that the new pricing will take effect from October 9, 2024

It was further gathered that the adjustments have already been made at several NNPC filling stations, including the NNPC Fola Agoro outlet, where the new price is now displayed at the pumps.

NNPC’s fuel prices typically vary by region, with Lagos generally offering the lowest rates. This price adjustment is expected to affect consumers across the country, with different pricing levels depending on the location of the filling stations.
