Kidnappers Strike Along Itobe Road, Commuters in Panic
Itobe, Kogi State – Fear gripped travelers on the busy Itobe road after reports emerged that suspected kidnappers blocked a section of the highway and attacked unsuspecting commuters.
Eyewitnesses said the gunmen, armed with sophisticated weapons, stormed the road in broad daylight, shooting sporadically to scare motorists before abducting several passengers. The chaos forced many drivers to abandon their vehicles and flee into the nearby bushes for safety.
