TikToker dies after seizure during live video

A well-known TikToker, known simply as ‘Disturbing,’ tragically passed away during a live broadcast.

FCNN learnt that the tragic incident occurred on Thursday at the residence of a well-known cobbler and musician, popularly referred to as ‘Buckle’, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.

A viral video captured the content creator’s final moments, where he appeared visibly distressed before suffering a seizure and subsequently collapsing.

Buckle was also recognized for his active participation in the Justice For Mohbad movement.

Following his passing, his wife, identified as Omowunmi, shared her account in a TikTok post, revealing that he hit his head on a stone when he collapsed.

She explained that she was cooking in the kitchen when neighbors alerted her to the situation.

Omowunmi recounted, “Yesterday morning, my husband was live on TikTok while I prepared his meal. Suddenly, he had a seizure, fell, and hit his head on a stone.

Blood began to flow from his head. Neighbors and a young boy who were passing by thought he had fainted and started pouring water on him. The boy ran inside to call me.

“When I arrived, I told them to stop pouring water as it was a seizure. We quickly rushed him to the hospital, where he was placed on oxygen. Unfortunately, he passed away this morning.”

She emphasized that her husband had experienced seizures in the past and was on medication for the condition.

Omowunmi dismissed rumors of a spiritual attack, clarifying, “The last seizure he had was in February. I have never left him alone due to these episodes. If I had been aware he was having a seizure while I was cooking, I would have been there to help. For those suggesting it was a spiritual attack, this is purely a medical issue.”
