Security operatives from the local vigilante group in Kontagora have successfully apprehended four suspected kidnappers believed to be responsible for a series of abductions in the Bayan Waya and Basawa communities.
FCNN gathered that the operation was carried out on Sunday following credible intelligence received by the vigilante unit. Acting on the tip-off, the operatives launched a swift and strategic operation that led to the arrest of the suspects, who have reportedly confessed to their involvement in the criminal activities.

Unfortunately, the suspects were found to have killed one of their victims, identified as Aliyu, before their arrest.
The suspects have been handed over to the Nigeria Police for further investigation and necessary legal action.
