Mr Louis Nwachukwu whose true identity is yet to be fully uncovered at the time of this report has died in a hotel in Mpape. Sketchy information available shows that he may be a staff of transmission company of Nigeria (TCN).
The victim lodged in with a lady named Miss Helen Raymond and passed on.
