Nigeria Police Begins Medical Screening for Constable Recruits—What Candidates Need to Know
The Nigeria Police Force, Zone 7, has announced the commencement of medical screening for successful candidates who participated in the 2022/2023 Computer-Based Test (CBT) for Police Constable recruitment. The screening will take place from Wednesday, February 26, to Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
In a statement released on Monday, the Police Public Relations Officer for Zone 7, Muhammed Abdulkadir, advised candidates to log in to http://(https://apply.policerecruitment.gov.ng) to verify their qualification status and print their screening slips.
“The qualified candidates will see their medical screening centers, date, and time on the slip, which must be produced at the screening center together with other relevant documents,” the statement read.
Candidates are required to bring their National Identity Number (NIN) slip, recruitment form submission slip, and invitation slip for the medical screening. They must also appear in a clean white T-shirt, white shorts, white socks, and white canvas.

The screening for candidates from the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Niger State will take place at the Area One Police Hospital, Garki, Abuja.
Assistant Inspector General of Police, Zone 7 Command Headquarters, Abuja, AIG Mohammed Usaini Gumel, urged candidates to conduct themselves in an orderly manner and adhere strictly to screening instructions. He also warned them to beware of fraudsters, emphasizing that the recruitment process is entirely free.
