Elizabeth Ajibola, better known in the adult entertainment world as Maami Igbagbo, has stunned fans and critics alike with a dramatic transformation. Once a self-proclaimed international porn star with a staggering body count of over 1,000 men, Igbagbo appears to have turned over a new leaf trading fame and sensuality for faith and salvation.

Social media went abuzz after a popular X (formerly Twitter) user, @honest30bgfan, shared a photo of the former adult star dressed in a white spiritual garment, clutching a Bible. His caption read:
“Remember Maami Igbagbo? A very popular porn star. She has now given her life to Christ. Wow, can you marry a girl with her type of past?”

Maami Igbagbo, once known for her bold and unapologetic lifestyle, had declared on a talk show:
“I am a porn star, an international porn star… I’ve got a lot of natural talents.”
When asked about her sexual history, she candidly responded: “Let me just say, one thousand people.”

However, in February 2024, she announced her retirement from the adult film industry via a post on X, writing:
“I am retiring from the Adult Entertainment Industry. It’s been an amazing journey.”

Now, in 2025, the public is witnessing what seems to be a spiritual rebirth. Yet, reactions to her new appearance and claimed repentance are deeply divided.

On X, user @Michael75105633 (Victory from God) praised her decision, saying:
“Old things have passed away. Thank God for her life.”
But not everyone is convinced. Another user, @colexsga (Black Jesus), sarcastically replied:
“Marry keh? You wan make my pikin friends show him video evidence?”

The conversation continued on Instagram, where a commenter, @amgodgrace, criticized her appearance, asking:
“How can you not wear a bra to church?”

While her journey from adult stardom to spiritual devotion continues to provoke mixed emotions online, one thing is clear Maami Igbagbo’s story is far from ordinary, and her redemption arc has sparked a national conversation on forgiveness, judgment, and transformation.
