The Pre-Delegation Registry Meeting (Pre-DRM) is fixed for August 19–20, followed by the main Delegation Registry Meeting (DRM) from August 21–24.

The main competition will run from August 26 to September 6, 2025, as Delta State prepares to welcome the next wave of Nigerian sports stars.
