FG closes 22 illegal Colleges of Education

The National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE) has uncovered and shut down 22 illegal colleges of Education operating across the country.

The action followed a nationwide clampdown on unaccredited institutions.

According to details contained in the commission’s report of achievements, the NCCE said:

“The commission identified and closed 22 illegal Colleges of Education operating nationwide. It also carried out personnel audits and financial monitoring across all 21 federal Colleges of Education.”
