Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboy The General Overseer, The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) worldwide, has called on Nigerians to alwayspraise the Lord for the different things He has done and is still doing, adding that this is the only way God, who loves appreciation, will make this New Year a landmark year for those that believe and are consistently doing His will.
Adeboye gave the charge during RCCG New Year thanksgiving service with theme: “All Round Praise.” The service which was attended by a lot of royal fathers took place at the RCCG headquarters, The Throne of Grace, Ebute Metta, Lagos.
Adeboye noted that we should be grateful to God for fighting our unknown battles and granting us victory at all fronts.
He further hinged the reason for Thanksgiving on the fact that not all those that saw last year are alive to see the New Year, adding that praising God irrespective of the nation’s economic challenges would move God to turn things around for our common good.
