Korra Obidi Denies Staging Misfortunes, Slams Public Criticism

Dancer and singer Korra Obidi has expressed frustration over persistent claims that she fabricates the challenges in her life for attention.

Taking to her Facebook page, Korra questioned the tendency of some people to accuse her of orchestrating her misfortunes. “Why are some people so quick to say I stage the misfortune in my life?” she wrote.

Her statement comes amid ongoing public scrutiny, particularly in the aftermath of her high-profile divorce from her ex-husband, Justin Dean, which was finalised in November 2022. The breakup was marked by intense social media drama, including allegations that Dean sought spousal support despite allegedly not contributing to the upbringing of their children.
