Software Engineer Questions VDM’s Account Hack Of N180m, Says “It’s Unreal”

A self acclaimed Senior Software Engineer has criticized Verydarkman (VDM), a popular social media commentator and activist, over claims that his account was hacked and ₦180 million stolen.

According to the engineer, who stated that he has been in the field for over 15 years, VDM’s assertion that his website was hacked and ₦180 million stolen is highly improbable. He added that unless someone had deliberately set VDM up, it is difficult to see how such a large sum of money could be moved from his account following a website hack.

This issue has sparked mixed reactions on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter, now owned by Elon Musk.
