The Sokoto State Police Command has received Ahmed Musa as the new Commissioner of Police, making him the 48th to hold the position in the state.
CP Ahmed Musa succeeds CP Ali Hayatu Kaigama, who has retired.
According to a statement by the command’s spokesman, ASP Ahmed Rufai, CP Ahmed Musa, indegin of Mubi North in Adamawa State, began his career as an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) on June 10, 1994, after training at the Nigeria Police Academy in Wudil, Kano.
