President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has committed to resolve all security challenges facing Nigeria, particularly in the North East region.
It was gathered that Minister of Defence, Alhaji Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, led a delegation to Borno State to assess the security situation and engage with frontline troops.The North East region has been severely affected by insurgency and other forms of insecurity.

The Federal Government hass committed to provide support to troops, including improved welfare packages, modern equipment, and enhanced logistics.
Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, requested additional support to Operation Hadin Kai, including reinforcement in manpower, modern platforms, and sustained efforts to clear and secure the Lake Chad axis.
