Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen, has said that he would rather remain at Galatasaray instead of joining Juventus.

The 26-year-old Nigerian striker ruled out a potential move to the Serie A giants despite growing speculation linking him with a move to Old Lady.

Osimhen moved to Galatasaray in a high profile season long loan transfer and has been the subject of intense transfer rumours as the window reopens.

According to our corespondent the Nigerian have ruled out a return to Italy to join the former Serie A champions.

“Juventus wants me, but Osimhen says, ‘I would rather stay at Galatasaray than go to Juventus’,’’ he said, speaking with our corespondent

From all indications, Osimhen will depart Istanbul this summer and may end up either in Saudi Arabia or the English Premier League.

Source said that Osimhen has yet to inform the Turkish giants of his final decision on whether to stay or leave.

Galatasaray are said to be keen on signing Osimhen from Napoli this summer following his outstanding performance for the league winners.

Further confirmation indicates that clubs in the Saudi Pro League have made lucrative offers for the powerful attacker, but added that the player has had no meetings with Galatasaray.

He added, “This is information I received directly from a source very close to Osimhen.”
