At least one Person has been killed as another two-storey building has collapsed on the Island area of Lagos State.
FCNN gathered that the building was still under construction when its collapse.
An eyewitness mentioned that the building collapsed under the torrential rainfall at Freeman Road, Lagos Island.
Another victim was reportedly rescued alive immediately the incident occurred.
