Akpabio Petitions IGP Over Alleged Assassination Claimed by Natasha

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has allegedly claimed that Senate President Godswill Akpabio instructed former Kogi Governor Yahaya Bello to assassinate her.

Akpabio has petitioned the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to investigate the claim, which he denies and considers defamatory.

However,Akpabio has described the allegation as a “heinous lie” and demanded that Akpoti-Uduaghan be prosecuted for:criminal defamation,falseaccusationn,incitement.

Akpabio is seeking an investigation into the matter and has asked the IGP to take action against Akpoti-Uduaghan for allegedly making a false and defamatory statement.
