Five Students Arrested for Rape in Oyo State

Five secondary school students in Oyo State, Nigeria, have been arrested for allegedly assaulting and raping female students from another school.

The students of aged between 16 and 17, were arrested by the Amotekun Corps, Oyo State Command, after authorities received information about the incident.

The male students According to reports, lured the female victims to their school farm under false pretences, claiming other students were gathered there.

The incident occurred on December 5, when the female students visited the boys’ school.

The case has been transferred to the Oyo State command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps for further investigation.
