Easter: Governor Fubara Approves Cows, N1 Million for Each Ward in Rivers state

Suspended governor of Rivers state, Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara has approved the distribution of one big cow and the sum of N1 million to each of the 319 political wards across the state.

FCNN gathered that the move by the embattled governor has been widely seen as a gesture of goodwill and solidarity with the grassroots, reinforcing Fubara’s connection with the people even in the face of political challenges.

It was learnt that members of the community expressed great appreciation for the Easter support, explaining that it comes at a crucial time for many families.

It was gathered that the Local leaders are expected to oversee the fair distribution of the items in their respective wards.
