Residents of Mararaba in Nasarawa State were left in shock after a woman was rushed to the hospital following a strange mishap involving a cassava root she reportedly used for sexual pleasure.
Sources say the woman, believed to be from Ogoja, had carved the cassava into a phallic shape and initially covered it with a condom for protection. However, she later removed the covering and continued the act, during which the cassava broke, leaving a piece lodged inside her body.
The incident caused her intense pain and distress, prompting her neighbors to intervene and quickly take her to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment.
Medical personnel are said to be attending to her condition, while residents remain stunned by the bizarre turn of events.
