SGF Akume Welcomes New NNPCL CEO Ojulari

Senator George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), officially welcomed Mr. Bashir Ojulari, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), during a courtesy visit to his office in Abuja on Thursday.

Mr. Ojulari, who took on the role on April 2, following the departure of former CEO Mallam Mele Kyari, expressed his gratitude to the President and the Federal Executive Council for entrusting him with this significant responsibility.

He assured the SGF of his commitment to transforming NNPCL into a commercially driven and globally competitive energy company.
