The governor of Zamfara State, Governor Dauda Lawal has approved the appointment of Inuwa Jabbi Maradun as an Executive Director, Zamfara State Pension Board.
The Secretary to the Zamfara State Government (SSG), Malam Abubakar Mohammad Nakwada who made his disclosure stated that the appointment takes immediate effect.
FUSION CHRONICLES NIGERIA NEWSPAPER gathered that Mr Jabbi will join the two other Executive Directors appointed earlier to reposition the Board in line with the rescue agenda of governor Lawal, who is committed to clearing all the entitlements of the retired civil servants in the state without any delay.
This is evident in the settlement of the 13-year backlog of gratuities owed retired workers by the previous administrations in the state.
