1. Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS): 5,150 recruits
2. Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS): 10,000 recruits
3. Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC): 10,000 recruits
4. Federal Fire Service (FFS): 5,000 recruits
5. Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFISB): 209 recruits
