Navy Lieutenant Yerima Survives Dramatic Pursuit After Alleged Assassination Attempt

Navy Lieutenant Yerima has reportedly escaped an alarming situation that sources within the military believe was an attempted assassination. According to insider accounts, the officer was trailed by unknown men suspected to be hired assailants.

The incident began shortly after Yerima left the NIPCO filling station along the Expressway. Two Hilux vans, unmarked and without number plates, allegedly began following his vehicle.
