A tragic incident has rocked Calabar South, Cross River State. A police officer reportedly opened fire, killing two civilians near Watt Market.
The violence was brought under control thanks to the intervention of Hon. Chief (Dr.) Effiong Ekarika, Member representing Calabar South 1 in the Cross River State House of Assembly.
