Portable Arrives Ogun Police HQ Over Town Planning Officials’ Assault Case
Popular Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has arrived at the Ogun State Police Command headquarters in Abeokuta for questioning over an alleged attack on officials of the state Town Planning Agency.
Portable was declared wanted after reportedly assaulting officials who were enforcing state regulations on his property in the Ilogbo area.
In a statement on Wednesday, Ogun police spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, confirmed that Portable was in their custody for an ongoing investigation.
“The Ogun State Police Command wishes to inform the public that Habeeb Okikiola, also known as Portable, arrived at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Eleweran, Abeokuta, at exactly 13:23 hours today, February 19, 2025.

“His presence at the SCID is connected to an ongoing investigation. The command assures the public that due process will be followed in handling this matter, and updates will be provided as necessary.”
