Policewoman Pays Fees, Donates Stationery to Delta School, Sparks Joy

DSP Faith Okwuego, a policewoman, has brought joy to Ezechima Grammar School in Obior, Delta State, by paying the fees of indigent students and donating stationery to the school.
The school’s principal, Mrs. Joy Kawedo, expressed gratitude to Okwuego, describing her as a “friend of the school.” Kawedo revealed that Okwuego had previously visited the school and paid the fees of 19 students, including a girl who was sent home due to unpaid fees.
Okwuego explained that she was motivated to help the school because she believes that every child deserves basic education. Okwuego stated that she had been paying the fees of some students since 2024 and still sends support to those who have graduated and are in university.
Okwuego emphasized that she is committed to helping the school because she believes that education is essential for the development of children. Okwuego lamented that there are many damaged adults in society today, and she does not want these children to miss out on education.
Okwuego’s kindness has sparked joy among the students, teachers, and staff of the school. Okwuego’s selfless act demonstrates her commitment to giving back to the community and ensuring that every child has access to basic education.
