Ned Nwoko Alleges Cyber Harassment, Vows Legal Action
Senator Ned Nwoko has alleged that he is facing coordinated harassment on social media, accusing unnamed individuals of engaging in cyberstalking and defamation through online video content.
In a statement released Thursday by his media team, the Delta State lawmaker said the attacks appear to be calculated attempts to create a false narrative for personal gain. He maintained that despite his focus on legislative and developmental work, the gravity of the allegations requires a lawful response.
“These actions appear calculated to create a false narrative of persecution in order to serve ulterior motives,” the statement read. “However, when grave allegations are made, they must be addressed in accordance with the law, not through misinformation or emotional manipulation.”

The statement also cautioned the public against what it described as a growing trend of enabling online misconduct and weaponising public sympathy to shield wrongdoing, noting that such acts threaten national values.
Nwoko has been in the spotlight following a recent controversy linked to an alleged domestic incident involving his estranged wife, Regina Daniels, which sparked public debate across social media platforms.
